After the opening of Rush Creek Lodge in summer of 2016, our team started to put our heads together to generate buzz for our off-peak season. It wasn’t long until our Marketing Director came up with the idea for Winemaker Weekends at Rush Creek Lodge. A weekend-long all-inclusive package where our guests have the chance to meet some of Napa’s best winemakers, sample their one of a kind wines, and food paired perfectly to wines selected by the winemakers themselves.

I played a major role in the planning and the logistics of the events– from corresponding guest needs, communicating directly with the winemaker and teams, handling on-site coordination and all digital marketing around the event. After four years of successful Winemaker Weekends at Rush Creek Lodge, this is still a staple of the lodge’s winter offerings.
